After the initial release of Forest Guardians, Desert Trax now presents the remix package. The highlight of this one is the intriguing OZemljen remix which is 16 minutes long. More on that later.
Seven remixes await you here from electronic to organic, ethereal to bass grooves. Tylepathy provides a Dub Remix and a Deep Space Remix. For me, the OZemljen remix is the most fascinating. At 16 minutes, this is no slouch. It starts off beatless but moves into a nicely structured, meditative, remix. The bode remix, which starts us off, is electronic and ambient with a lush build. The two Tylepathy mixes follow remixes for Desert Dwellers and the Afar remixes package. The Deep Space remix is my fave of those mixes.
With seven versions, this offers a lot for listeners. From bass to organic house to ambient, this is lovely stuff.
