Ben Dela-Peña, resident DJ at UP^^, part of the Sedition DJs crew and a regular at venues like Pacha, Ministry of Sound and Turnmills, returns this month with his ZIPCODE party at PLAN-B with the help of fellow resident Carl Johnston…special guests are Jerico, Brad 212 Finlay and Junior J & Kriss Darang (Devore Records / Just the One)
ZIPCODE's very special guests on the night are the hot hot duo KRISS DARANG and JUNIOR J. It’s not a misprint, ZIPCODE have got hold-off 2 of the hottest DJs on the London circuit! These guys are running the scene right now, a House FM show every Wednesday, promoters and residents for their popular JustTheOne parties @ SeOne club which have seen them collaborate with the infamous Back2Basics crew from Leeds and Bambossa Records (USA). Past guests have included Dave Beer, DJ Sneak, Paul Woolford, Mr.C, Derrick Carter and Harry Choo Choo Romero to name a few-wow! If that wasn’t enough, they’ve been hard in the studio releasing and collaborating on different projects on Kinky Vinyl, AATW, GECKO, FAKT and their own label DEVORE, and this all comes of the back of their DJ Mag mix CD a month ago-relentless filthy house music for the die hard fans!
Expect all guns blazing on the night as these boys educate the masses with their slick, twisted electro-funk edgy sound which will push the speakers to the max! It’s a night of pure unadulterated raw house music! Not to be missed!
Also on the night they have the talented Brad 212 Finlay, the Canadian born import who has made a name for himself in our demanding city with SASH and PULP at The Chapel Bar (Islington) and a show on HOUSE FM every Wednesday (4-6pm). Support comes from SASH / SYKOTIK resident DJ Jerico. Jerico was unearthed by the legend that is Jazzy M (25 years worldwide DJ experience) back in summer 2005. He quickly spotted his unique talent and a close bond was quickly formed. Jazzy M invited him to work on his radio show (The OhZone) at the Ministry Of Sound Radio, where he co produces and guest mixes on rotation…and we can’t wait to hear him! Jerico and our brilliant resident DJ Carl Johnston will both warm up the night perfectly!
