KEVIN KAOS (Straight On Red/Holland) **UK EXCLUSIVE**
Straight On Red’s fresh faced young-star Kevin Kaos plays his UK debut for Sector 9 in July. Kevin is very well respected in Holland and is often described as one of the next big stars. His most recent production work has seen his status rise up a level by amassing a new army of fans globally. His E.P. ‘Ritalin’ and ‘Prepare’ has been featured on CD compilations and gained airplay in countries like Australia, Japan, Poland, and the whole of western Europe.
Kevin has featured at many parties and festivals throughout the Netherlands. In the last 2 years alone he has notched up appearances for organisations like ‘B2S’, ‘Elusive’ and ‘Q-Dance’. Events like ‘Decibel Outdoor’, ‘Hardbass’, ‘Luna One Man Show’, ’Global Gathering’ and ‘Euphoria’.
2009 will be a big year for Kevin as he has releases lined up with several major Hardstyle labels. Rumour has it his latest work on Straight On Red titled ‘Bring it on’ is set be his best work yet. THILO (Straight On Black, Sector9 Resident)
‘Straight On’ mainstay Thilo Spaans was the perfect choice for Sector 9 residency. His versatile DJ sets have seen him appear at some of the biggest events in Europe spinning hardstyle and techno at the highest level. Together with his partner in crime ‘Evanti’ Thilo produces tracks that are released on the Straight-On Black label. These productions are marked by their clever mixture of pounding hardstyle beats and hypnotising techno loops. This combination results in a unique, energetic sound that can only be compared to the likes of A*S*Y*S or Mark EG on ‘steads’, eeeeeek. ALAN WILSON (Sector9 Resident)
Alan Wilson is widely known as one of the hardest working DJs in the UK. In 2009 his efforts lead to an invitation to join the prestigious ‘ELUSIVE’ Dj agency in Holland which has opened a lot of doors for the talented young star in the making. Alan continuously spins in clubs up and down the country playing his signature hardstyle sound to whoever gets in his way. HUSTLER (Rotation)
‘Rotation’ promoter DJ Hustler is a favourite for many of this scenes underground clubnights knocking up appearances for promotions like Kiddfectious, Zion, Know:Fear, Goodgreef and Vibealite. One major highlight of hustlers career so far was too be awarded ‘New Breed’ winner at the Sanxion promotion in Derby. His recent production work with Rascal & Chris Sutton has been receiving great feedback and reactions from the promo lists. Hustler’s high energy DJ sets consist of tight seamless mixing and smooth technical ability. KEV PROBE (Species / Tomorrows World)
Kev Probe has been one of the underground scene’s best kept secrets over the last 5 years spinning for many of the leading underground organisations including Species, North and Vibealite. His style ranges from hardstyle right through to new skool hardcore. Julys event will see Probe go back to his hardstyle roots showcasing the style which he knows best, a style which he grew up with. His experience shows in his skilful display behind the decks. For those that don’t know the name I fully recommend you witness these skills first hand. Recently Kev has been wrestling with his production skills creating his own style of hardstyle which he intends to bosh out on the 18th with full intention on punishing your eardrums. Who knows what level this kid might reach if he continues with all this hard work. A true legend in the making.

METZ
Metz’ roots begin with the free party scene. This midlands legend has spun at some of the most incredible venues/parties over the years, a scene in which many people have yet to experience. Places where it’s not unheard of to be spinning records in caves, on the beach, disused wearhouse’s, farmer’s fields and break and enters . You name it this man has destroyed it. The real sound of the underground begins here with one of Lincolnshires finest, ‘Looney Tunez’ regular DJ Metz. Once again if this kid wasn’t gold dust he wouldn’t be appearing for us. Do not miss this one.

THE JOCK B2B TOMO (Distorted)
North East's 'Distorted' residents 'The Jock' and ‘Tomo’ can turn their hand to many styles. The Jocks unofficial performance in May tore up our back room so much so that the repeat booking had to be a main room appearance. The Jock brings with him his trusty sidekick ‘Tomo’. Influenced by the likes of Zany, Tuneboy and DHHD, their brand of dark speedy hardstyle will be a true winner with the crowd im sure. These boys are definitely rising as some of the best new talents Newcastle has to offer. Watch out for their set which will finish off our party with their signature ‘beasting’ sound.

STOMP ADDICT
Local lad Allan ‘Stomp Addict’ Evans has been spinning this circuit for some years now. Allan has notched up appearances for many of the North West’s leading hard dance organizations including Nuclear Audio, Native and more recently the legendary Goodgreef. Allan has stood his ground alongside many of the scene’s leading DJs and producers including Proteus, Mark EG, Kutski, Organ Donors, Anne Savage and Tommy Pulse. Stomp Addict plays hard trance and hardstyle, and recently found a passion for a new sub-genre, which has been christened the name “hard tek”. This sound encompasses elements of hardstyle, hard trance, techno and electro. Recommended as one to watch by Rob Tissera in Mixmag December 2006, Stomp Addict is a widely recognised and respected DJ in the North-West, and is set to be a household name within the hardtrance/hardstyle scene.
