More: Dave Seaman, M.I.K.E and Matt Hardwick touchdown for this week’s Gallery at Turnmills, as we continue the month with a host of international headliners and rising talent – a commitment and ethos which has seen us into our 13th year of rocking Clerkenwell every Friday night!! One man who has been with us over most of those years is the larger than life Dave Seaman. Dave is one of the original pioneers of house music and has been DJing for over 25 years. He was the first editor of the clubbers bible Mixmag, and has remixed and produced for everybody from U2 to Kylie and David Bowie to the Pet Shop Boys. He’s also done over 20 mix compilations for the likes of Global Underground and Renaissance, been the main man behind independent dance music labels, Stress Records and Audio Therapy and still found time to model for Levi's in Japan (!!)... present TV programmes for the BBC and tour the world probably more than any other DJ! Go on my son!! Grabbing him for one of his legendary Friday nights at The Gallery is a real treat and not one to be missed. M.I.K.E’s discography and biography must be one of the largest in dance music. With so many aliases and production guises he has been responsible for a bevy of hit records year on year and with the release last year of his M.I.K.E artist album which followed a mix album recorded live here at The Gallery for Armada. 2008 sees him release an album to accompany his ‘Absolute’ guise. Head of record label Club Elite and a consistent pusher of new sounds and talent such as label signings Albert Vorne and Andrew Bennett, M.I.K.E is a Gallery legend. Not just the man responsible for Push and the massive anthems such as ‘The Legacy’ and ‘Universal Nation’, there is so much more to M.I.K.E as he proves time after time at The Gallery, you will not be disappointed. Matt Hardwick is a rare breed in trance managing to find favour with the underground fans, whilst continuing to play the biggest and best gigs worldwide. One of the original Gatecrasher residents, Matt is now a regular fixture in the DJ Mag Top 100 and recently mixed one of the CDs for the Gatecrasher 14th Birthday compilation, as well as one half of the underground mix series ‘Live As’ with John Askew. Look out for a host of new material from Matt, which forms the follow up to the hugely popular ‘Connected’ with Smith & Pledger and ‘Slaves to the Machine’ with John Askew. Always one to deliver, Matt will no doubt take it up a gear (or two!!) with his trancey take on things, perfect for 4am! Next up is Stel, who’s fast made a name for himself with productions on labels such as Audiotherapy, Bedrock, SAW, Armada, Baroque, Swift, Oxyd, Global Underground and many more. He’s also remixed tracks by John Digweed, Infusion, Gabriel and Dresden, Pole Folder and G-Pal. Whether producing on his own, or with occasional studio partners such as Dave Seaman (under the name Group Therapy), Pole Folder, Killahurtz or Good Newz, his productions and style find favour with the world’s biggest jocks and as a DJ fits perfectly into the progression of The Gallery main room. The Viceroy is given the honour of the 6am finale with his trademark full on sound which has made him a hit first with Vaccine, and now in the main room once a month. Warm up duties are handed down to one of The Gallery DJ competitions highly commended runner ups as Newmi Cahoney gets in on the act for the first time.

T2 is taken over by Funk Naughty and in the spirit of naughtiness they have invited down all the gang for a huge dancefloor assault. Joined by a range of London talent and resident Phil Robinson, it’s all aboard for the Funk Naughty, you have been warned! Special Guests to be announced very soon.
