Curiousity Club parties take roof-raising house music from show-stopping DJs and create uniquely themed events, where only the highest attention to detail is paid to ensure that our loyal, fun-loving party people have a smile on their face from start to finish.
Our monthly events at Living Bar are quickly gaining a great reputation for hedonistic house music from our dedicated DJs and our colourful, crazy crowd keeping Living... rocking right through till 4am!
For our next event we continue to embrace the spectrum of house music, taking you on a journey from vocal classics, deep funky tech, driving progressive beats right through to hands-in-the-anthems. As always, each talented DJ has been handpicked to play because we know they will give you nothing short of an unforgettable evening.
Mike Fry & Eddie Mo under their We The Speakers DJ duo will be kicking off the night with some toe-tapping house beats to get you into the groove. Then we welcome Simon Francis from House FM for his Curiousity Club debut. As one half of production duo The Visionaires, these guys are cooking up some amazing dirty disco tinged house beats, with their first release 'Keep On Movin' being snapped up by respected label Mofo Hifi records. Simon's weekly show on HouseFM sees his showcasing the very best in house music and his PlinkPlink Fizz house music nights are really putting this up and coming talent on the map!
DJ Laura Brown is becoming a firm favourite at Curiousity Club, with her energy fuelled house music sets skillfully blending classics we all know and love with her own re-edits and future anthems. Still on cloud 9 from her set at AudioLake festival in Poland, where she DJ'd and sang live to 3,000 people, head honcho Lizzie Curious will be there to deliver her trademark, energy-fuelled house music in style. And this month we have a very special treat for you for our closing set. We welcome Friendz/Strawberry Sundays resident and head honcho David Marais, who will be joining us for a pumping set of progressive house and EDM anthems and even a little bit of uplifting trance to close the night on the ultimate high!
On September 10th our theme is Hats N Sunglasses - so bust out that crazy headgear, the more flamboyant and fun the better....and what better than some sunglasses to pose with your friends for our colourful pix with! And as always there will be free fresh fruit, sweets and quirky treats.
On our guestlist it's FREE before 11pm and just £3 after (before 1am) and there is also 2-4-1 on house drinks before 11pm. And we also thought you might be interested to know that Living Bar have installed new air con, to keep you cool when things heat up!
